Q: How do I create an account?
A: Download the Bruu Café Rewards app, enter your phone number, and verify with the SMS OTP. No email or password required.
Q: I didn’t receive my verification code. What should I do?
A:
Confirm the phone number is correct
Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code
Ensure SMS is enabled and not blocked
Check for carrier delays
Q: Can I use the app offline?
A: You need internet to log in, scan receipts, and load rewards. You may view previously loaded balances offline.
Q: How do I log out?
A: Go to Profile → Sign Out.
Q: How do I earn points?
A: Scan your Bruu Café receipt using the app. Points are awarded automatically.
Q: How many points do I earn per dollar?
A: 1 points per $1 spent.
Q: The receipt scanner isn’t working. What should I do?
A:
Enable camera permissions
Place receipt on a flat, well-lit surface
Hold phone steady
Ensure the receipt is not wrinkled
Q: Can I scan old receipts?
A: Receipts must be from Bruu Café locations and must be scanned within 24 hours of purchase.
Q: I scanned my receipt but didn’t receive points. Why?
A: The receipt may already have been scanned or the image was unclear. Each receipt is redeemable once. Contact support if needed.
Q: How do I redeem points?
A: Go to Bruu Cafe website: www.bruucafe.com and sign in with your information. Click Earn Points bubble and redeem your point. Once you are ready to check out, use the coupon code sent to you for redemption.
Q: How long are rewards valid?
A: Reward points are expired 2 years after earning.
Q: Can I cancel a redemption?
A: No. Rewards cannot be reversed once redeemed.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Points are expited 2 years after earning.
Q: The app keeps crashing. What should I do?
A:
• Force close the app
• Update to the latest version
• Restart your device
• Reinstall the app (your account is safe)
Q: “Failed to load content.” What does that mean?
A: Likely an internet issue. Check WiFi/data, then reopen the app.
Q: I’m not receiving push notifications.
A:
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Bruu Rewards → Enable
Ensure in-app permissions are granted

A: One account per phone number. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.

A: Your points and account stay safe. Reinstall the app and log back in with your number.

A: Email support. Deletion is permanent and removes all points.
Q: Which locations accept Bruu Rewards?
A: All Bruu Café locations.
Q: Can I redeem rewards at any location?
A: Yes, through www.bruucafe.com online order only. Pick location you plan to pick up.

A: It’s shown on the Home screen every time you log in.
